Cafe del mar - Cafe del Mar is a bar located in San Antonio, Ibiza. Tourists flock there on a daily basis during the summer to view the beautiful sunset. Cafe del Mar is the original “the sunset bar” in San Antonio opened by Ramen Guiral, Carlos Andrea, and Jose Les in 1978.
Part of watching the sunset is the music - described as ambient, easy listening instrumental music. The bar originally sold their own tapes of the music but a series of Cafe del Mar CDs have been sold. Currently (as of 2005) there are 12 volumes plus 2 albums commemorating the 20th and 25th Anniversary. A total of about 9 million albums have been sold worldwide.

Jesse Cook - Jesse Cook is a Toronto-based Nuevo Flamenco guitarist, born in Paris to Canadian parents. Like other guitarists of his style of music, he incorporates jazz, latin & world music into his playing. Cook is also well known for the energy of his live shows. Signed to the label in 1994, he produced his debut Tempest one year later. Gravity, released in 1996, hit the Top Ten on the new age charts. Two years following, Vertigo was released and Free Fall appeared in mid-2000. Nomad is his latest addition to his own discography.

Pat Metheny - The Pat Metheny Group is a jazz band founded in 1977. The first Pat Metheny Group release, 1978’s “Pat Metheny Group“, featured the writing duo of Pat Metheny and pianist Lyle Mays, a collaboration which would span over 25 years and 15 albums. Ayub Ogada - a musician from Kenya. A singer, he also performs on the traditional east African stringed instrument, the nyatiti. Of the LuoMombasa. Ogada co-founded the African Heritage Band in 1979 and played in it for several years. people, he was born in Ogada arrived in the United Kingdom in 1986, and in 1993 recorded the album En Mana Kuoyo on Peter Gabriel’s Real World label. His music has also been heard on the soundtrack of the 2005 film The Constant Gardener and collaborates with Susheela Raman on several tracks on her “Salt Rain” album, such as “O Rama” . In addition, Ayub Ogada has collaborated with the Afro Celt Sound System on their first and fourth releases.
In July 2005 he performed at the Live 8 concert, Eden Project as an opening act.

Beirut- Beirut is the name of 21-year-old Santa Fe native Zach Condon’s band. In 2006, Beirut released two Balkan-inspired recordings through Ba Da Bing, Gulag Orkestar and Lon Gisland, both also available as an expanded version of Gulag Orkestar LP through the UK label 4AD. Beirut has also released four other songs, three available on Pompeii EP, and the fourth on a split with Calexico. While living in Brooklyn, Condon also shot a video for “Scenic World” at the Sweet’N Low factory, and performed several venues in New York and Europe. Live, Beirut’s shifting roster generally consists of Condon accompanied by Perrin Cloutier (cello/accordion), Jason Poranski (guitar/mandolin/ukulele), Nick Petree (drums), Kristin Ferebee (violin), Paul Collins (organ/keys/tambourine/ukulele), Jon Natchez (baritone sax/mandolin/glockenspiel), and Kelly Pratt (trumpet/euphonium).

Colin Hay - Colin Hay (born Colin James Hay, 29 June 1953, Saltcoats, Scotland) is a Scottish-Australian musician, who made his mark in the 1980s as a member of the Australian band, Men at Work.
Hay was born in Scotland, but moved to Australia at the age of fourteen with his family. In 1978, Hay met Ron Strykert and the men began playing acoustic music as a duo. Soon after, Hay and Strykert became the band Men at Work after the addition of Jerry Speiser, John Rees and Greg Ham. The group released their debut album Business as Usual in 1981.
Following the break up of Men at Work in 1985, Hay released several major label solo albums, including Looking for Jack (Columbia) and Wayfaring Sons (MCA), to some commercial success.
