I missed out
I would have to say that the worst thing about being away for extended periods of time is the amount of stuff I miss in the blogopshere and associated places. It makes for a lot of reading and a lot of comments on really old posts. As well as huge amounts of emails and feelings of guilt due to the original feeling that I am neglecting friends and family. Anyway I’m back now and at the normal stuff (or as normal as it gets in Austria) again. Here is a quick update although I am going to keep it short because most of the emotions involved in all the following activities are un-bloggable.
 1. Ski week was awesome. Weather was kinda crappy, snow was great, our teacher was from New Brunswick
and the no0bies are unbelievable. We had such a blast in the disco and just generally being together. Plus it was nice to get some real emotions again.
2. I am now lying in my bed at my new host family’s. It’s going really well, they’re great people. They’re such nórmal people it almost reminds me of home….btw: I don’t want to go home now. It was really dumb of me to pick such an early date…ahh…welll what’s done is done. Oh, but I do miss you all, really!
3. School is boring.
4. I love Aussies and NZ’s I have an accent now which I have been informed sounds like a cross between an Aussie and a NZ’er.
I guess that’s it. I might post a little later today if I have time and can think of anything I want to share.
Here is a photo which a friend (another exchange student) sent me today. I think this will definetly be one of those things I will treaure for a long time. Thanks a lot Tyler, I love you. Now you have to do one of yourself and send it to me. It means a lot that you took the time and effort to do it. Plus the fact that it’s so good it’s eyrie…like looking in a mirror. Hope you don’t mind me posting it here.

Cheers. All my love.
