I am definitely proud to be a kiwi. But I am almost ashamed to admit I just got 8 out of 10 on that US citizenship quiz… If I had failed, I would have posted the result on my blog. Waiting to see Rushan’s results
Glad you found the Lester Bowie over on my blog. It is a recording of him improvising with a bunch of Bavarian church bells, recorded in situ in the early 1980s. I imagine you could do something similar in many parts of Austria too…? If you are ever in Zurich, make sure you’re in the old town at 7.15pm, when all three churches in town set off their bells at the same time. An incredible experience during February snow.
