The birthday
Well, as I mentioned before, the band I am playing
with played for my host mother’s birthday at castle PUX.
Here are a couple photos and a recording of good old “Equinox”:P
The quality is pretty decent for using the crappy external
mic that is included with the Iriver and it being all
the way across the hall. It was the first place
I put it during the night, and the worst,
but I haven’t had time to edit any other
tunes yet so you’re stuck with this one.
Note:
Thanks for sending this along. The tune is such mellow jazz! Who are the boys in the band? And who are the others in the photos?
Tee hee…Bassist is nipple-riding

Would you mind writing me up that article that I requested? I need it relativly soon
Will, you are demanding articles?!?!?!?!? I’m still waiting for 3 posts!
Wow, I’ve finally heard you play Nick! Great tone and nice shape to your solo. (Sorry I had to get in the “music critic” bit). The recording is quite fun too - the German party banter in the background adds some nice atmosphere. You recorded this on an mp3 player? That sound quality is pretty darn good all things considered - easily as good as my minidisc with an omnidirectional mike.
Peace
Wow, sounds good Nick. I’m liking the sound of the band generally. Maybe it’s just that I haven’t played with you/the combo in a loooong time, but you definitely improved, and I’d expect that with your lessons and all.
But it still sounds like Nick. There’s a characteristic sound to your playing. That or I just picture the combo. =D
Thanks chuck, always nice to get a little pat on the back. Speaking of the pat on the back, did you say something about pwning a physics exam? congrats, just exactly how much did you own it?
Hi Nick. It’s Sunday morning and the gang’s all here, sponging coffee. And William is re-doing my password etc. Will be in touch.
Love ya!
